Resource Planning Specialist, Department of Labor for a Families First Coronavirus Response Act Webinar.
The U.S. Department of Labor, Wage and Hour Division, will provide an overview of the Families First Coronavirus Response Act or FFCRA that became effective April 1, 2020. The law was enacted in response to the COVID-19 public health emergency. The FFCRA requires certain public employers, and private employers with fewer than 500 employees to provide employees with paid sick leave or expanded family and medical leave for specified reasons related to COVID-19. This webinar will provide information on the requirements of the law, including eligibility, coverage, and the qualifying reasons for the leave. Learn more about compliance and the implementation of the FFCRA in your business.
