Get Moving With The Arc Livingston

Get Moving With The Arc Livingston!  The Arc Livingston wants to help our entire community to get moving, since being physically active helps everyone to be healthier, not only physically, but mentally, too!  Did you know people with disabilities are twice as likely to be at risk of not getting enough exercise?  With our virtual run/walk/roll, our community members can work together and support each other, from afar, for six weeks and log enough miles to reach the North Pole!  Our event is open to EVERYONE!  #WeAreAllBetterTogether even from afar!!!

Registration fee is just $25, but if you are an Arc Livingston Member, you can email arichardson@arclivingston.org to register for free.

Registration for the 6 week event is open to all and everyone that registers will have the option to download the app and link to their fitbit or Apple watch. Miles may also be logged in via the Charity Footprints website.

All who register will get a t-shirt and a medal!

Those who pay the $100 Empowerment Partner fee will get an event medal and recognition on the Get Moving With The Arc web page. www.arclivingston.org/getmoving.

Participants are encouraged to raise additional donations for The Arc Livingston.  A prize will be given to the participant that raises the highest amount in donations.

Prizes for moving (rolling, walking or running) the most miles  will be given in each age category. Any physical activity can be logged by utilizing the conversion chart at www.arclivingston.org/getmoving.
